Meet the Founder
Ania
AP Pilates was founded by Ania, a certified Pilates instructor with a background in corporate who understands first-hand the physical and mental demands of high-pressure, desk-based work. After years spent in fast-paced corporate environments, Pilates became a way to reconnect with her body and mind, improve posture and strength, and create space for clarity and calm.
Ania’s teaching style is thoughtful, precise, and adaptable. She focuses on intelligent programming, strong foundations, and creating an environment where people feel supported and welcome. Her aim is simple: to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build a sustainable relationship with movement that fits around modern life, as well as creating a supportive community.
